Training and inspiring our Polish youth
Many of our Polish business leaders have excellent training locally and from business schools overseas.
We must transfer those skills to our upcoming young leaders to give them experience and confidence.
Our youth will be getting hands-on experience in management of major events during which will be showcasing Poland to the world.
This year we helped with Vysehrad and RYLA events where young Polish managers guided and inspired groups of visitors from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, France, Germany and Ukraine during lectures and tours throughout Poland.
Next year nearly 1000 youth from around the world will be hosted in Warsaw at a EUCO conference where we will be helping and guiding with conferences and tours of Poland.
This will be linked with preparations for a huge international conference in Warsaw, for which almost 2000 young Polish volunteers will be trained to assist with hosting visitors from 210 countries over 10 days of events which will show the best of Poland.
This will give our Polish youth great training and experience in leading and introducing distinguished visitors from all over the world who have come to Poland to be themselves exposed to the best that our country has to offer.
These activities will build the skills of our well-educated Polish youth and also make them more confident about themselves and their country.
They will be ready to become future leaders and not just wonderful, hard workers.
Our Foundation is providing guidance and helping with all these activities together with universities, colleges, government institutions, local professional groups and NGOs.
